Two Dog Lusterware Porcelain Figurine Fairylite Foreign Japan Vintage: $4.99
A pair of little dogs sit together as this figurine. Could be spaniels, also look like golden retrievers. Marked \"Fairylite Foreign.\" Fairylite was a British import company, and the term Foreign was a legal term for items made elswhere (not in Britain). For this company that meant made in Japan. Likely made in the 1940s or 50s. They are a light tan or beige lusterware glazed porcelain with little red downturned mouths. Very cute. They stand 1.5 inches tall and are about 2.5 inches long. In good vintage condition, no chips or cracks.
