There have been disturbing stories in the new lately of whales attacking boats. But put those ghastly images out of your mind and embrace the serene and majestic nature of these kings of the ocean when you invite these two vintage-inspired whales into your home. And these two fellas are as gentle as they come.
These decorative wooden whales from IKEA and are labeled as Kallrökt Wal (304.735.83).
We\'ve had these whales as part of our living room home decor for a number of years (and we love them dearly). Ike and Spike (as we named them) are still in wonderful shape and we are sad to see them go, but we have been decorating our home in true vintage and they are one of the last guests that no longer fit the bill. All we ask is that they go to a home that will love and appreciate them as much (or even more!) than we have.
Dimensions:Roughly (Big, Ike): 7\" Long, 4\" Tall, (Small, Spike): \" Long, 2 1/2\" Tall No big noticeable issues with either... just a few tiny little white spots on Ike.Please make sure to look at those pics and judge for yourself too!The dots on either sides of their heads are intentional eyes! They gotta see, right?
