Packaging:All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping damage. The carrier is responsible, so be sure totake photos of the unopened package and all damage. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and let us know right away if anything arrives damaged, so that we can advise you on how best to proceed.

Returns:If accepted (per the listing), returns must be requested through and approved prior to items being shipped back.Items must be returned within the timeframe specified in the listing.
