I work a non-standard schedule and do not keep regular hours so although I try to respond in a timely manner that most people consider normal please respect that I may be sleeping during the day, working overnight, etc. and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Each item is packed with care. Items may be shipped in a bubble mailer (with cardboard and/or bubble wrap inside for added protection). It I am uncomfortable with a bubble mailer due to size or item fragility it will be boxed with plenty of void fill.

I generally ship USPS unless there is significant cost savings via FedEx or UPS.

I do not currently ship to APO or FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories

Orders with a high sale price (generally over $250) may require signature delivery confirmation at my discretion.

I ship internationally exclusively through \'s Global Shipping Program.

All plugs are US Standard plugs and may not work in other countries. I cannot accept returns due to international electrical issues so please check to be sure the item will work for you before you buy.
