I WOULD NOT BUY CUSTOM KYDEX IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ADJUST IT.

I build these custom sheaths using my new knife to form with. That is all I can do. I build and take the time to fit each and every sheath to MY knife to how i like it with no rattle. If your knife is not exactly like mine there can be issues. That can mean same knife, same model, same year made but different color or material for scales. The chance of the different scales being exactly the same thickness is not very good. Different steels will be different in thickness even if the same model and year made of knife. Same model but different year knife can have different sourced steel or scales that may not be the exact same thickness.

I set the retention on my sheaths to my knives as follows, tightest will be small neck knives because i do not want you to loose your knife. Medium retention on medium sized knives worn with a belt clip. The least retention on big and medium sized knives that will have a dangler attachment. Gravity keeps the knife in the sheath and i don’t want you to feel like you are going to rip the rig off your belt every time you go to pull your knife. A click means nothing to me i set the retention to the above and go for a smooth pull…..

I can adjust the retention at anytime and so can you if you learn how.

The sheaths eyelets are set at for a large belt attachment (not included). The attachment can mount in the vertical, scout and modified scout positions as well as left or right hand pull.

These sheaths are built from .093 black Kydex. The retention is set to the above specs. Ask for video…..

This sheath starts at $73.99 for .060 black for .080 add $3 for .093 and the solid color add another $3 and for a pattern add $6 instead of the $3 for solid color. In most cases $5 for Pancake style.
