Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us. SHIPPINGWe ship by Canada Post sttandard, non-tracked letter mail shipping with the purchaser paying the cost of shipping. If you are purchasing more than one item please don\'t pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible.
Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracked shipping is available at the buyer\'s request and expense
