Grade VF- 7.5 Year 1991 Publisher Harvey

This is a mid grade item. It will have a few minor defects and will generally appear to be in "slightly used" but not "roughly used" condition. Most comics, magazines, and books published in the past 30 years that have been read but carefully handled and stored will fall in this grade range. Allowed defects for this grade include: minor corner wear (bends and blunting), a light accumulation of spine wear that may include color-breaking stresses, a light accumulation of dents, and bends or folds less than one quarter inch in length. Some color breaking is allowed in a bend or fold in this grade range.

Description

Stories and art by Oscar Martin, Jack Bradbury and Carl Barks. As part of Harvey Comics' revival in the early 1990s, they reprinted classic comics starring eternal combatants Tom & Jerry. This series boasted little-known Barney and Benny stories from comics legend Carl Barks. Jerry gets a reprieve while Tom goes crazy looking for Missy. In a classic gag, Barney and Benny return from moose-hunting, but the moose they bring home is only unconscious, not dead. Barney and Benny are confused by reducing pills and a visit from Mooseface's skinny brother. Tom & Jerry; Barney Bear and Benny Burro. 32 pages, Full Color.
