This is a hand tinted Real Photo Postcard (RPPC), unposted and featuring a view of the iconic sign located at the corner ofKalakaua Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu Hawaii during World War II. The sign was associated with the Kau Kau Drive-In Restaurant, located at the same corner. Sign reads \"Crossroads of the Pacific\" and shows distances to different cities in the world from that spot. Kodak called this sign the most photographed in Hawaii. The restaurant closed in the 1960s. The photo is hand tinted and also has a poem called Aloha.Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases, stains and bent corners.
