Up for sale is this Brand New 1 1/2\" Timberframe Chisel from Valkyrie Wood Tools. Constructed from high quality 1095 High Carbon Steelwith a Rockwell hardness of 59 this chisel is super strong and ready to work!The handle is hand turned from Black Locust and is complemented with a Copper ferrule and striking ring to reduce damage from mallet blows. This extra long (8\") chisel handlehardwood(1700 lbf on Janka)is very strong and has a wonderful fine grain with beautiful coloring.
