A Tiffany & Co engraved plate- a wedding announcement and I believe it\'s copper but I\'m not certain- the engraved words are backwards- it can be read in a mirror. So buyers can read the writing, the last listing photo is a photo I flipped so you can read what it says- however the actual writing on the plate is engraved backwards like in the first listing photos.

This couple divorced and both went on to marry other people. Interesting though that Frederick Louis Riefkohl, who was the first Puerto Rican to graduate from the US Naval Academy had a long military career, was awarded the Navy Cross in 1917 and was a Captain during WWII of the USS Vinccenes.
Measures about 6.5\" x 8.5\". Some condition issues to the plate- patina, marks, stains and overall age & wear - please view listing photos carefully. Stamped Tiffany & Co. on the backside.
