Three (3) Antique-NEW German MOY- PILS .2 Liter Tulip Stemmed Beer Glasses-NICE:
$65.00

This is a matching set of three (3) antique 1966, NEW MOY-PILS, RASTAL Crystal, German Tulip 7 1/2\" Tall Stemmed Beer Glasses made for MOYS Hofbrauhaus in Germany in the early 1960\'s.
MOY Breweries was started in the 1800\'s by a Bavarian Countess - the MOY-PILS logo is a royal gold crown seen on the glass front. This set of 3 MOY-PILS glasses were purchased new at a German Gasthaus in 1966 by a young US Air Force Staff Sergeant. They were packed and shipped Stateside--and placed in dry storage, away from sunlight and handling - those many years ago - and recently unpacked. They are perfect - needing only a new home, some sunlight and some brew--after nearly 60 years in a box.
This set of MOY-PILS German Beer glasses are the real deal! Each glass is made of RASTAL Belgium Crystal and has \"Rastal\" and a \"0.2l Fill Line\" etched into the crystal on the top edge. Please see all photos for the best description of these beautiful antique-new tulip stemmed beer glasses in original 1966 condition.
For those who may not know - the uniqueness of a Rastal beer glass is that it\'s specifically designed to capture and release the aroma of the MOY-PILS - or craft beer inside the glass when it is poured. A RASTAL glass is bowl-shaped and angled to release the beer\'s aroma into your nose and onto your palate as you drink in order to heighten your beer drinking experience. The RASTAL glass stem is lovely to look at --but is designed and spaced from the base to keep the drinkers body temperature from prematurely warming the beer to maintain a perfect head on the PILS. A RASTAL glass makes the best beers better! RASTAL claims, \"Someone who has never used a snifter beer glass will truly notice the difference the first time they use it.\" These glasses were made in the early 1960\'s for serving up a perfect MOY-PILS at the local German Gasthaus.
Most any historian, lover of MOY-PILS, craft beers, RASTAL Crystal or simply any lover of beautiful things that are made to last will likely enjoy \"experiencing\" this lovely set. Will ship - well protected via USPS Priority Mail - cheapest way, calculated to your zip code. Thank you for viewing and for your offer. Cheers!
