This is a very nice hardwood 1950s table clock. It has a standard model M movement by Sessions. During this era small wood manufacturing companies in the northeastern part of the country made small items for souvenir shops across the country, some even made clocks such as this one. They purchased their movements from clock companies close by like Sessions. This clock keeps good time and runs quiet. The wood has a good finish. Clock has good face, convex glass lens and a 67\" original cord that has no cracks and very flexible. The eagle finial has no cracks, chips with slight wear to finish. This clock measures approx. 9 1/4\" tall X 6 3/4\" wide X 3\" deep and weighs slightly over 2 pounds. Please check photos as they are a large part of description. Any questions, please contact me.
