You will receive the exact item seen in pictures. This is very rare from 1999, only one I can find on , made in Germany. This is pretty big, and made out of some kind of latex. Please note the white powdery stuff on the latex, not sure if this was there by design to make it look like a donut powder, or if this is something that should be cleaned off. I will also note that this item does smell a little like latex. Again, I do not know much about this cool piece, but I know it is rare and is in great shape with the tag.
