- RARE Find - Smurf Farmhouse ..... #49025 -*** Simply incredible COLLECTOR piece *** ** last one **This is a highly prized and absolutely stunning piece for your Smurf Collection. It is amazingly detailed on every piece from the bright red/white mushrooms to the little faux wood and thatching details. Everything is bright and rich color in color - Vintage, but NEW condition. It is beautiful quality as all official Peyo/Schleich Smurf items are. (see images)

-Measurements are approx. since it is NEW and unused. But, Smurf collector lists state the completed size is 13" x 9" x 11"

-CONDITION -- All plastic pieces are in Mintcondition with factory sealed bags and larger pieces in unused state (see images), It was unopened until I recently, very gently, opened it to snap a photo of the contents for listing/item confirmation.

*****Here is a short list of BOX imperfections*****

----- BOX is a bit smooshed from storage due to the heavy pieces. Various rubs/marks on cardboard from general age related storage. There is 1 larger cut/hole on 1 side (see images). Some ruffling on the cardboard edges by closures. But, no staining or off-color marks. Over all the BOX is not perfect, but still in beautiful condition and factory original. Again, Inside Farmhouse contents are in Mint condition and NEW. I try to be as honest and complete in my disclosures since these are rare collectibles.
