History:

· The inaugural edition of the Finnish MAD Magazine, which closely mirrored its US counterpart, debuted in April 1970 and ran for a brief three-year span until 1972, comprising a total of 30 issues under the official title "Suomalainen MAD" or "Finnish MAD".

· Second Edition (1982–2000): The second iteration of the Finnish MAD commenced in 1982 under the auspices of Semic Publishing Ltd, later transitioning to Egmont in 1998. Marjaana Tulosmaa served as the chief editor, a prominent figure in Finnish media circles. The debut of MAD specials began in 1984 with the release of "Kino-MAD". The final issue of MAD in Finland was published on November 9, 2005.
