This is an original yearbook from the Class of 1927 at the former Homestead High School in Homestead, PA. Loaded with great photos of the school and its personnel & student body, and also featuring many pages of ads for historic local businesses, this volume serves as an excellent record of life at this school in the 1920s. The covers are a high quality heavy paper.

Though complete & intact, this yearbook is in somewhat distressed condition overall. You\'ll see in my first seven photos that the covers have very heavy wear, including heavy chipping along the spine (with some pieces of the spine chipped away completely) and along the edges, in addition to some creases, wrinkles, scuffs, and stains. Inside, the pages remain crisp, but all pages have noticeable smudging and wrinkling, and some pages have large tears, such as those shown in my 15th photo. Written signatures can also be found throughout the book. Additionally, the binding is a little weak, especially at the top three inches, where separation is occurring; I highlight this in my 11th photo.
