Shipping: Please make sure that packages can be delivered securely at your shipping address. When tracking shows that your package has been delivered we cannot file a claim if it goes missing after that. All small orders (1-5 records) are shipped in new Whiplash-brand mailers with two pads, no pizza boxes or flimsy paperboard mailers. For larger orders we use sturdy cardboard boxes and will do our best to protect corners and edges.

Combining orders: We will happily combine orders in the case of multiple purchases. Contact us if you have any questions or difficulty combining multiple items into a single order.

US shipping: our default shipping method is USPS media mail with delivery confirmation. Our items generally include free media mail shipping. USPS Priority and UPS shipping rates vary by location—if you want a quote please contact us with your order information & shipping address.
