Teplitz Stellmacher Art Pottery Vase

4 5/8"h, c.1895-1910.

Modified ovoid pitcher form with small squared pinched spout & emphatically small pierced handle. Figure of a woman in classical robes carrying a wine amphora. Figure is painted white slip in slight relief & color enamels. Glaze is semi-matte mottled blue-gray green with brownish specks.

Gold backstamp of a classical vase with "Stellmacher" above & "Teplitz" below & "Austria" to the left side.

No damage, no chips, no cracks, or repairs. Clean fine condition.
