First printing. According to Overstreet, this issue has one additional printing, which can be identified as such on the inside cover. The original series that introduced the Turtles to the world. Searching for Splinter, the Turtles encounter the alien androids known as the Utroms. Story, art and cover by Kevin Eastman & Peter Laird. Final issue in magazine format; series continues in comic format as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1985). Black and white; 40 pages.
