Not exactly sure who this was for as there were many TF Eagle name variants used over the years. The eagle appears to have the unit insignia of the 16th Aviation Brigade on the shoulder, so I assume this was for a maintenance unit or section within that brigade.I personally purchased this patch in an on-base patch/tailor shop in Afghanistan, this one came from Bagram Air Field. It has not been worn by anyone to my knowledge. This patch measures just under 4 inches across. Please ask if you have any questions.
