If graded, I'd say this book is a 3.5/4.0 or better. Front cover has spine ticks, blunted corners, creasing/wear along spine, spine splits/spine stress, areas of creasing and folding, some areas of staining, color fade and paper abrasions/scuffing. On the G in "Ghoul" there is also a small tear (can be seen from inside cover). Back cover has same spine issues, areas of fading, some scratching on cover, some areas of creasing and folding and scuffing. There is also some water damage that can be seen across the top part of the back cover and also affects the inside of back cover (see picture). Inside pages are clean overall, with some having small (1/2 inch or less) tears on sides of pages. Some pages also have small corner folds. Some pages appear to have some printing defect issue where there are like indented lines running down the page (see picture).
