Thislisting is for two custom buttons made from an Italian hand painted Egyptian cotton fabric from Mariano Fortuny entitled "Granada". Fortuny design #5446color persimmon and silvery gold. This is a current pattern and colorway.The buttons measure approximately 1.5" diameter. There are 6 sets of two buttons available. These buttons are made on a professional die cut and crimp button machine. They are NOT your home-made hammered buttons that are bought at your local craft store. They are NOT mass-produced buttons. Each button was hand produced by Walsh Designs. The faceof the buttons is madefrom Fortuny's Italian hand painted Egyptian cotton fabricentitled "Granada". The pattern "Granada" is a modern Spanish design named for Mariano Fortuny's birthplace. The button patterns are random and no two are alike. This fabric is imported from Italy andretails for $760.00 a yard. The buttons are a metal crimp button with a shank back.These would make a great addition to drapes, pillows or even clothing.
