This listing features a two (2) slab lot consisting of exceptional Rocky Butte Picture Jasper and Succor Creek Picture Jasper originating from the Owyhee Mountains of Eastern Oregon! Both slabs are quite colorful and show excellent landscape pictures! The Rocky Butte deposit is considered to produce the most colorful jasper in the Owyhee area and was first mined by Jake Jacobitz in the 1970s. Together, the two slabs weigh 1 pound 0.5 ounce. Individually, the jasper slabs weigh and measure 1.) 12.4 ounces, 203mm by 148mm by 6.5mm 2.) 4.1 ounces, 128mm by 99mm by 6mm.All photos taken while the slabs were wet excluding the final two photographs which show both sides of the two slabs while dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be shipped safely and securely together.
