SIZE: 8.75”x 11.75”, soft bound, 36 pagesCONDITION:Overall FINE pre-owned, collectible condition. Envelope is ragged with small tears. The booklet was stored inside and that accounts for the pristine condition of it.
COVERS: Glossy and in beautiful "just off the press" shape.
SPINE: Very slightly scuffed
INTERIOR: Binding tight, very clean, readable-all pages intact, no tape, no stains, no writing, faint“vintage paper" smell, shelfwear, corners bumped, pages tanned on edges but not brittle
