Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage foxing at the edges of the cover a chunk torn out of the top of the cover as well as small chunks that have been torn out at the back cover on the left side corners spine roll it is perhaps a bit dirty Dusty or musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 70 years old there is a Georgia news company stamp on the front cover and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
