King of diamonds English push-up candlesticks. These were made in England between 1897 and 1939. Some previously made ones were still sold into the 1940’s. The push up mechanism is still in place , a rod passing through a cork plug in the base up to a base in the top. There are 4 pictures which show this fairly well. The first 4 pictures are of each candlestick rotated a 1/4 turn to the right showing all 4 sides. Then a close up of the stamped name. Nothing bent or damaged on either stick. They have not been polished in about 20 years. I left them unpolished to give the buyer the option of softer antique look or bright shiny polished look. These stand 12 inches tall and the pair weighs about 4 pounds.
