Published in June, 1967 by DC Comics. “Here Lies The Flash--Dead and Unburied” Written by Gardner Fox with art by Carmine Infantino & Sid Greene (inks). Cover by Carmine Infantino & Murphy Anderson (inks). 36 pages. Original cover price was 12 cents.

From a solicitation description: “Dr. Light has mastered a method of using light as disguise, which allows him to battle Flash disguised as the Green Ghost, a spider, Dexter Miles, and even a pile of jewels. Advertisement for Swing With Scooter #7. Ad for GI Joe Frogman and Sea Sled set from Hasbro. House ad for Superman 197. Letter from future Flash writer Cary Bates. Caps Hobby Hints strip by Henry Boltinoff. Palisades Amusement Park ad with Superman.”

Condition is an Apparent Very Good. An average used comic which presents well, but has some problems. Complete with no writing, no tape, no spine splitting, no folds. However, back cover has 2 major & ~5 minor tears at spine & upon closer inspection, I believe the previous owner used some sort of adhesive to attach the inside of the back cover to the comic along the spine to prevent the tears from getting worse. This was purchased in a large estate collection consisting of thousands of Golden, Silver & Bronze Age comics &, because the deceased seemed to think he was an amateur restorer, I have had to take extra care to inspect these books & grade/price them accordingly. Therefore, please note that this should be considered a Restored book.
