This listing is for a striking collector plate by Harry Johnson entitled \"The Everglades\" which is the Fifth Issue in the \"America the Beautiful\" series, produced under the hallmark of W.S. George. This limited edition 8 1/2-inch plate is trimmed in gold and inexcellent condition. The artist\'s note on the back of the plate says: Blue sky and water, lush green foliage, and stark white egrets give this Everglades scene its pristine beauty.
As you can see in the photos, the colors are vibrant and the attention to detail is nicely done making this plate a great gift choice or a nice addition to a collection.
