Unless noted in the listing, our items normally include standard shipping in the US. For outside the US or if you would like shipping options outside of what is included, it will be provided at our actual cost.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Orders over $100 may include a signature confirmation to help stop porch and internal theft. A signature confirmation helps ensure orders make it to their intended destination instead of ending up just on the doorstep or in the back of the shipping carrier\'s warehouse. This is not 100% guaranteed but is the best we offer at this time to help protect your orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

ComicWerx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, tases, etc.)

ComicWerx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your item shows that it has been delivered but you have not yet received it, please allow up to 3 days for the item to arrive to you. This has become a standard practice with the USPS and FedEx unfortunately. If your item has not arrived to you after the allotted time frame then please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx to issue a lost or stolen item claim. Once you have made the claim please inform us so we can figure out a solution form there. There is no guarantee we will be able to replace the missing item.

You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to contact us for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Comics must still be in the original bag with the price label intact. Items returned will be compared to original scans. All items must be in the original packaging. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer\'s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer Service - While we do try our best to answer emails quickly, occasionally there may be a high volume of emails and orders. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response from someone. We will try our best to get back to you sooner but it may take the allotted time frame. Please note that if you email on weekends it may take longer for a response as we are only available for short periods of time on weekends. Sometimes emails will be missed by mistake as we are human and unfortunately it happens. If you do not have a response after 48 hours please email again.

Variant Cover Pre-Sales - If a comic cover is listed in a pre-sale offering, it has been ordered to arrive on it\'s release date. Purchases on pre-sale items are a final commitment with no cancellations or refunds. Having said that, it is always possible that a comic issue is delayed or even cancelled. If a pre-purchased variant issue is cancelled, that pre-purchase payment will be refunded in full.
