About this Item: If you have a high-end antique chandelier or single sconce, this is the canopy/backplate you\'ve been looking for. Superb solid brass casting with a rococo/botany motif. No maker\'s mark but quality equal to Cornelius & Baker.I\'d say this is circa 1870-1910. Polished and lacquered.7\" long x 4\" wide and projects 1 1/4\" Has a 5/8\" diameter drop/rod opening.
