Up for offer from an excellent Kansas City Missouri Estate is this Stunning Vintage Geometric Seed Pot Jemez Pueblo Native Signed MM Toya? There are a couple points I want to mention right off the bat. First, unfortunately there was no protective sealant put on the paint used to design this handpainted piece, and there are very visible paint chips in the design. I suggest being very gentle with this piece and if you're crafty enough you may be able to fix the paint issue. Second, I am not sure who's name was on the bottom. You can see that there was once maybe a sticker (?) or something, there is an M left behind. However, there are no cracks or breaks in the pottery and its odd oblong shape is perfectly imperfect, as all great art is - see photos for a more accurate description. It is in as found estate sale condition and I'll leave any light dusting and cleaning up to the new owner as we do not want to risk damaging the item.
