This vintage award plate is a lovely work of art, crafted by Don Goodrich Pottery in the United States.
The plate features a pretty blue and gold color scheme, with a white dimensional Basenji head and blue & Gold diamond on the wide inner rim. Next to these applied features are theindentedwords \"Basenji Club of America, 1942 - 2017, 75\" .
Measuring 9 7/8\" in diameter with 1 1/2\" high sides, this contemporary style plate is perfect for Basenji lovers and makes a great addition to a dog lovers collection. The plate was created in 2017 using the hand-made pottery production techniques of Mr. Goodrich including digging the Illinois clay from the ground, forming, decorating, and firing.
The clay plate weighs 1 lb 15 oz. It is part of the Dog Pottery Trophy line and was a 2017 Club Award. Condition is excellent with no issues.
The backstamp is inscribed with the artist\'s signature and \"2017\". Also a gold foil sticker is attached \"Pottery by Don Goodrich\" with web address and phone number.
