Hey everyone,

Up for grabs is an amazing 1:1 hero replica of a Star Trek: The Next Generation Medical Tricorder. This item was beautifully crafted by a professional model maker. The body kit and electronics were made by Stapleton Productions/GM Prop Electronics. The prop features authentic sounds just like those seen in the show. It is in mint condition and has been displayed in a case since the day I got it.

The hand scanner is made of spun aluminum and is a 1:1 replica of the original. While the hand scanner itself doesn't produce sound, it features rotating LED lights and a rechargeable battery. (There is no magnetic connector to hold into the device) the scanner sits within the pocket. This amazing prop comes with a custom acrylic display with a metal plaque, which I made myself. The stand has soft padding at the base to prevent scratches.

Please note, the prop does not have an auto shut-off feature, so it will run continuously until the battery dies. The battery, located in the rear, comes with a USB rechargeable cord. Although no rechargeable base is included, you can use any base with a USB connector. You can change the lighting effects by opening the prop and selecting different modes, adjusting the speed and sequence of the lights. It's currently set to a middle-out sequence.

The body is made of resin with zero blemishes or flashovers, and the paint job is in excellent condition. It’s painted in the appropriate Dove Gray with a silver mist. I’ve had this prop in my collection for about 12 years, and the battery has only been charged twice during that time. This has always been a display item and never played with. It comes from a smoke-free home.
