Description:This sale is for the WWII Era Stanley No. 5 Type 17 Jack Plane pictured. The overall condition is very good. It has the extra heavy duty / thick casting many of these WWII era Stanley planes have. It also has the hard rubber cutter adjuster. There are no structural issues and little to no rust or pitting. 90% or so original japanning. Full length proper cutter, and nice handle & knob.
