Spencer Foundry 1857 Miniature Cast Iron 4 3/8 Skillet Pan Salesman Sample E5. This is just so cute. It is a footed miniature 4 3/8 inch cast-iron skillet. The bottom has the words Spencer. (foundry.) FDY. 1857. From research it seems this is a salesmans sample for his cast ironware. I did not clean it. It definitely could be seasoned. It does have rust on the inside, but it doesnt mar the surface. I dont know if 1857 is the date or model number. But I know it is vintage if not antique. The width of the skillet is a per approximately 3 inches. Prepackage weight is 4.7 ounces.
