The covers have lots of corner/edge wear and rub marks. The top and bottom of the spine have wear. The inside cover and first page have a map with tears and the paper of the map is separating from the book. (see photos). Between the 4th and 5th page, the material of the spine can be seen. The bottom corners of the pages have a brownish stain and waviness possibly due to moisture. Several pages have tears and some have tape that has yellowed. There is a fold-out map between pages 476 and 477.
The book measures approximately 12 1/4\" x 9 3/8\" x 1 3/8\"
