It is highly detailed and bears the sellers etched maker's mark, so it cannot be resold as an 'original'. This historic badge was originally manufactured in Italy, in a very limited run, for Italian submarine crews, operating under the direction of the Nationalist Spaniards, during the Spanish Civil War (1936 - 1939). This badge is for collector's who want an authentic representation displayed in their collection.
