Bronze Turkey Feathers - RoundsThese are probably the most common turkey feather used in Native American craft projects other than regular white feathers. They are a natural brown color with light tiger stripes. These are wing feathers. We generally have feathers ranging from12-14\" and 14\"+ sizes are superb quality. The best we have had in years. These feathers are perfect or nearly perfect. Feathers from the bronze turkey are naturally beautiful. They vary in color from a reddishbrown to a chocolate brown and have light colored stripes. Some feathers have an iridescent quality. The bronze turkey was raised for food for many years. Unfortunately, there is little (if any) domestic production left (just white turkeys these days). What this means is that the bronze turkey feathers are becoming quite scarce. We are working with a few bird ranchers who are still raising these birds. For now, we have a pretty good selection and moderately stable stock. However, this is subject to change at any time. Please note that because of the limited production, some sizes and styles may not always be available. Thank you and soar ahead!
