Cream pages.
Centerfold attached. No rust. No musty smell.Corner wear with slight tears.
1/2" tear bottom left of front cover.
Spine and edge wear.Writing at top right of front cover.
Large stain (water?) inside front cover (not very perceptible on front cover itself).
Smaller stain (water?)inside front cover (not very perceptible on front cover itself).
Small ink stamp of bottom margin of a few interior pages (see photo).
Light tanning and wear on edge of interior pages (no brittleness at all).
Only 3 copies on current CGC census.I consider this book as VG (4.0).
This is the grade I give the book in my opinion.I have hundreds of comics from the 1930's and 1940's. I am just now listing some of them.
