Please note this doll has a few flaws as seen in the photos. Some of the paint has chipped off on the hat, and the base shows some wear, both of which can easily be restored. Also note - it is missing the whistle that should be attached to the chain which is currently loose. I do not have the whistle. Honestly when I bought it, I didn\'t know there was supposed to be a whistle there.
Otherwise he is wonderful and a true find to add to your collection.
