EXCELLENT CONDITION IN BOX

(PLEASE NOTE: For Those Who Are Not Familiar With Shelia's items, typical with Shelia's reproductions, two pieces of wood are nailed together to make the house. Although the nails do not protrude to the back of the piece, you will find three small "perforations" made by the nails. They are positioned so that the wording on the back of the piece is not affected. We are noting this information for those who may not be Shelia's collectors so that they are aware that this is not a damage but common in her items. This piece was purchased from a gift shop's ending inventory.The Shelia's box is from a different Shelia's item and does not have the paper sticker with the item number. The box is completely usable but does show signs of wear from storage. )

This Pretty Reproduction In Shades Of Pink With Gray And White Accents Is Quite Lovely. On The Back Of The PieceIn Black Cursive LetteringOn A Pink Background Shelia Has Provided Some Interesting Information About The House " Charles and Henrietta Pitkin built this extraordinary Mansion in the middle of farmland. The house is built entirely of redwood-inside and out-and its four-story tower is 55 feet high. The structure is said to have cost $9000 to build originally less than it cost to paint in 1981. Each room in the house is named after a specific rose. A bud of which usually graces the dressers and provides the theme for the room. Many roses grow outside this handsome Inn for all to enjoy".
