Founder Sheila Thompson recreated many landmark locations, collaborating with the National Trust For Historic Preservation in 1997, to design and reproduce the Trust\'s eighteen historic properties. As Shelia\'s company continued to flourish in Charleston, SC, she added many product variations such as famous landmarks, figurines, purses, door stops, fireplace screens, wind chimes, magnets, holiday decor, and many items of significance from around the world. Shelia\'s miniature houses were made in the USA and helped preserve the details of the landmark properties she replicated.
