These ANTIQUE small oil cans are a RARE find, as they are from the early 1900\'s. They belonged to my Grandfather, so I have been their only owner after him. They are well-used, perhaps with the machinery of the leather, cotton, and paper mills my Grand- father owned in Philadelphia, PA.There are 3 different models of small oil cans in this set: one with a short stem, one with a curved-at-the-top stem, and one with a bendable, coiled stem. (It only bends a little at the top). They are all considered \"thumb pump\" oil cans.The tallest one is made by GEM MFG CO PITTSBURGH PA-I tried to show that branding in the pictures (See pics #4 - #9 at the top). I researched that brand and found their advertising page from an article dated April 1900 from \"Railway Master Mechanics\" (Pic 2). On 11/27/1849, the GEM Mfg Co was established in Pittsburgh, PA and was located at 2nd Avenue & Wood Street. They introduced a newly designed \"GEM\" Oiler. It can be \"readily repaired because all parts are interchangeable. It is made from the highest quality of cold rolled low phosphorus steel.\" \"In this Oiler, the bottom is constructed from high carbon spring steel. The body is made from the best grade of basic low phosphorus steel, pressed and drop-forged into shape, and flared and spun firmly against the bottom proper to further strengthen the can and insure against any leakage whatever, the Oilers are blazed on the inside.\"The other 2 may be made by GEM also, but they do not have any branding imprinted on the oil cans.They measure (by height): 8 1/2\" tall x 3 1/4\" across base with nozzle at 6 1/2\" long (GEM); 6 1/4\" tall x 3 1/2\" across base with nozzle at 4 1/4\" long; 5 1/2\" tall x 3 1/2\" across base with nozzle at 3\" long.Without packaging, all three weigh 10.3 ounces.I\'ve included \"FREE SHIPPING\"!
