The frame on the left has some of the gilded gold peeled off.The frame on the right has some damage to the exterior of the frame and is a bit cloudy on the inside. I think that the paperon the back of the frame would have to be removed so that the interior of the domed glass could be cleaned.
These are super old, but wonderfully unique.
