Fantastic, large Septarian Nodule with thousands of yellow terminated Calcite crystals lining the interior. I have had this in my fluorescent display for years, but like all things its time to switch it out. At almost 4 pounds and 6" diameter it make a great shelf/display specimen.
The fluorescence is excellent under long wave UV (pics 3,7) and nice but much more dim under short wave UV light.
The backside is naturally rounded but has flat spots that allow it to sit very well for display.From Kane County, Utah.3.76 Pounds.
