Fair Warning - This came to me as part of a large collection of newspapers and magazines, and the the previous owner WAS A SMOKER. Immediately after receiving the collection, I "quarantined" everything in plastic totes for 8 months with sprinkled baking soda. This eliminated about 75% of smoky odor. However, 25% of it is still there and there still are trace amounts of baking soda that remains. If you have any aversions to either of these conditions, please do not make a offer or purchase.

Back cover page has large loss - Otherwise, in good to very good condition. Showing signs of age, wear, and handling. 99%-100% of text is present and legible. It measures approx. 9" x 12"
