All items are coming out of Japan but usingUnited States mailing methods as we are stationed on a US Military base inJapan. Delivery estimates are just that– estimates. PACKING MATERIALS:

-Figures/models will be shipped in reusable cardboard boxes(such as from retailers like Target, Amazon, or brand new).

-Books will be shipped either in reusable plastic bags (suchas inside out Amazon packaging) or reusable cardboard boxes (such as fromretailers like Target, Amazon, or brand new).

-Smaller items, such as keychains, pouches, notepads, etc. willbe shipped via bubble mailer. Additionalpadding and labels will be provided as need.

-Packages will include shipping material (such as air bags,bubble wrap or brown paper) if needed to prevent too much shifting around.

RETURNS:

Because I pay for shipping, I will accept returns within 14days as long as the buyer pays for the return shipping and the item isreturning in the same condition it was received.
