This is a nice vintage early real photo postcard showing a scene of the construction of a house in or near San Francisco, California.

Photographer: G.P. Faulkner, San Francisco.

The corners have light wear. The image is nice and clean. Postally unused.

Please Note: If you see a florescent colored line or streak on the postcard image it is from the scan, not on the card. Typically found a vertical line to the right of the center.The colors tend to come in Green, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Purple & Red.

International shipping is $4.50 for orders under $65. For orders $65 or higher there can be additional charges per listing so that the item can be mailed with tracking or USPS Registered Mail.

Combining lots or group lots may be additional depending upon the weight of the package and number of payments.

RETURN POLICY

All items come with an unconditional 30-day return privilege.
Each returned item must be in its original undamaged condition, shipped in the original hard sleeve and should be accompanied by a copy of our invoice.
