SUPERMAN #23.1, 23.2 & 23.3 3D LENTICULAR COVER LOT

Published in 2013 by DC Comics. During this month, all 52 titles of DC’s New 52 books were “taken over” by the villains & each would feature a Standard Regular Cover & a 3D Lenticular Motion Cover. The 3D technology was unique at the time as they did not require special 3D glasses to enjoy the effect. Cover price of the 3D Cover was $3.99 (the flat Standard was $2.99). This lot consists of the following 3D Lenticular Cover Issues:

SUPERMAN #23.1 (November, 2013) - Features Bizarro. Written by Sholly Fisch with art by Jeff Johnson & Andy Smith. Cover by Aaron Kuder. From a solicitation description: “Lex Luthors' sinister plan to manipulate Superman's genetic material to create a mindless soldier under his control results in the monster known as Bizarro: opposite of Superman in every way, with no compassion, no remorse and no mercy!”;

SUPERMAN #23.2 (November, 2013) - Features Brainiac. Written by Antony Bedard. Art by Pascal Alixe. Cover Art by Gene Ha. [Solicitation description]: “Brainiac was the first adversary Superman fought on Earth, but where did he come from? A lineage that spans the universe holds many secrets when we ask, "Who is Brainiac?"”; and

SUPERMAN #23.3 (November, 2013) - Features H’el. Written by Scott Lobdell. Art by Dan Jurgens & Ray McCarthy. Cover by Gene Ha. [Solicitation description]: “After his last battle with Superman, H'el wakes up on Krypton years before it is destroyed! Can H'el manipulate the Science Counsel, soldiers and countless others including Jor-El, to save the planet? And what does it mean for the birth of Superman if he succeeds?”

Condition of all three comics is Near Mint or better. All are new & never read. Please see photos. (Hard to capture the 3D effect with the camera but hopefully, one can tell that the cover is not a flat image like the Standard).
