You looking at one of the rarest Craftsman ratchets, the 9815. This Industrial 9815 black oxide finish ratchet. In 2016 Craftsman was gearing up for a return to MADE IN THE USA, even to the point that they would once again be running tool trucks like Snapon. and this ratchet and a few others were to be one of their first offerings. It apparently was not meant to be. Made by Apex tool group (Danaher). These ratchets never depicted in any catalog, and its unclear if they ever were on sale. Condition is good, appears to actually have been used a little, some minor loss of finish as seen in pics. Thanks for looking
